"I’m giving 2 stars due to a billing error. I live two hours away, and my work schedule is unpredictable. When I arrived on the 5th, I asked if I could provide my information but delay my billing cycle until the 9th, and I was told that would be fine. However, I discovered that my billing started on the same day I arrived. When I raised this issue on the 9th, I was informed that it would be prorated and I could receive a refund if I moved out by the 5th of the following month. The facility is brand new excellent prices and secure. Easy to get to my unit the facility is always clean. Doreen who runs the place is the kindest friendliest person.If she is unavailable right away . She returns phone calls quickly and is an absolute gem!! Wish I could give more then five stars for her customer service!!!! Thank you Doreen for all the assistance you have given to me over the past year I have used your facility!!!
Great storage units. Lady that runs it is super nice and helpful. Everything is new. Very up to date with electronic entry.
