Jubilee was fantastic on her explanation of everything, very pleasant, polite, and professional.
This facility is awesome. I have a storage space and just recently moved my motorhome to their facility. They were professional and accommodating. Very friendly staff. I would recommend Stor-It to everyone.
Very professional, very clean and bright lit office and storage area. Everything is electronic which makes access very easy and secure. Jubilee made it extremely easy to get set up for my unit.
I spoke to Jubilee over the phone the day before she was kind and helpful. I told her I would come in the next morning but I was dragging my feet. She gave me a call and gave me a gentle reminder that afternoon of my intentions to come in. So I grab my keys and told her I would be there. When I arrived she was just as sweet in person and very knowledgeable of the facility and systems. She showed me where the restrooms were, something I have never saw in a facility.
