The customer service at Store and More Ocean Grove has been outstanding. Andrea, Pat and Terry have all been so helpful and accomodating. If I ever need a secure, clean storage space again I will definitely be using Ocean Grove Store and More. The trailer they have for use has made moving in and out so easy. Thank you again!
Excellent service which helped with our move from Point Lonsdale to Ocean Grove. Initially thought that we would need storage for several months however only needed a month. The change was handled very professionally with charge for storage changed to just the time we needed it. Highly recommend Store and More for any storage needs.
The storage was clean, secure and easy to access. We needed short term storage at short notice and were well accommodated. The staff were very friendly.
Very happy with Pat in the administration office, she’s a gem! Overall experience with the storage facility was great however I removed my storage due to constant price increases. My storage units went from $130 per month to $160 per month in a very short space of time. With no end in sight of increases it was time to leave unfortunately.
