After paying my monthly obligation, I received emails later in the month advising my transaction had failed, that I had fees levied and was required to bring my account current. I had the impression that all was well as I had received a receipt confirmation from KO on the day I made payment. I spoke with Abigail, who was very polite and patient with me, unfortunately, I subsequently requested to speak with a supervisor. She told me her supervisor was busy but that she wouild call.
