Used a storage unit with them for about half a year! Straightforward deal and fair pricing . Clean storage unit. I felt safe on their property, and had ZERO issues with mold, flooding, moisture, bugs, etc. I highly recommend KO Storage! While I was renting a unit with them, they painted all their garage doors blue with a fresh coat of paint. Looks good. They keep their property neat and tidy. Friendly customer service! Again: I highly recommend KO Storage! ↕️

I found myself facing an issue with my account. It stressed me out...I do not look forward to dealing with anyone's customer service as it involves automated answering machines and subsequently, once you manage to reach a live person, ac dead end after having to deal with a very ignorant, unhelpful, uncaring individual.
