Very nice clean place good customer service very respectful people and if u have nice jewelry pieces or Nice Rolex watch they will give a good price on it I sold a Rolex to them and was happy with the price they gave me so go check them out it will be worth it.

I was so looking forward to loving this store, and I’ve been following them since their early days in the Short North. All of these reviews are amazing and rave about the boutique. However, I noticed most of these reviews come from buyers. As a seller, I had a pretty bad experience. This store is awesome! Bought a Gucci tote they described as very good. I actually think it was new. Soooo happy with it. Michaela is a gem and an asset to this business. Packaged so well and quick shipping. Highly recommend.
