My tool Milwaukee M12 was in repair for 7 weeks! I was told it would be 2-3 weeks when I turned it in. They kept making excuses that "the parts order wasn't received" which may or may not be true but any decent location gets their shipment in 10 days. I was explained that they don't get their order shipped from Milwaukee until it riches a certain limit.
