Top customer service from Linda; who is patient, helpful, friendly, efficient and thoughtful. She has a great sense of humour too. (One of my 'hats' is customer experience (CX) consulting and I realised that Linda is top notch - one of the best I have come across.) The owner/manager Glynn is a top bloke and a pleasure to deal with. I like the easy ground floor access to the storage unit - I can park my vehicle right outside. Units are clean, strong and well maintained. Prices are reasonable. Quick access from/to motorway.
Overall a nice clean storage secure facility. Only thing i found disappointing was they do not refund any money already paid after you end the tenancy so i ended up paying for 28 days that i did not need.
