I'd give no stars, but that's not an option, so.... first off, the place is not up to par with living standards or living conditions! Staffing, there is none! and what they do have, which is (1) person, Gary Borst, is his name! He does not know the job at all! Wasted so much of my time! It's just a hand me down place from son to son! He doesn't wanna be there he said to me several times! He hates his job! so things are let go of for the most part. I have rented a unit here for over 4 years, they have been kind, communicative and customer oriented. If your are looking for a place to store your things, they are fairly priced and friendly.

We have been the owner's tenant for over 25 years. He has treated us like family since my parents started renting from him. He is definitely someone you should trust and can count on if you decide to work with him. The other tenants are amazing as well. They are definitely some quality people. Communication is over the top, especially when it comes to renovations and making sure you’re aware if anything is happening nearby.
