In July 2023 we moved all of our belongings into a temperature controlled unit at StorageVille while we built our new home. We recently started to unpack our belongings from our storage unit, only to find that our storage unit had been inhabited by mice. When we brought this issue to StorageVille’s attention, the lady we spoke to was very apologetic and ensured us that our concerns would be brought forward to the manager.
