I have been storing here for a couple years. The facility is fine however the website and communication has been awful. In May I vacated my space but the website was down and I could not execute a move out request. The phone number was down and I was unable to reach customer service for about a week. I finally got a response thru a google message board and was told my move out request was processed and I paid my bill in full at the time. I can’t get anyone to answer our call. I’ve tried several times my husband has tried several times. We rented out a spot and someone else’s truck is in that spot.

This is a very nice, secure facility. However, the customer service is terrible. Every time I've spoken with someone they are rude, and want nothing more than to end the call. They had inadvertently charged tax for several months when they took this facility over. The first gentleman I spoke with told me of the problem, and said my account would be credited for the mistake. When I just spoke with a woman, she indicated she had no knowledge of this.
