I wanted to share the wonderful experience I had at Storage Max located in Ridgeland , Mississippi! I have used them to hold all my furniture and personal belongings in one of their climate controlled units for the past three years, and I can assure you that they are exceptional in every way!!! The manager Alexis there is the best! She has a beautiful accommodating spirit, and will go the extra mile to make sure that her customers are well cared for in every way. Alexis has been so helpful and compassionate. The facility itself is amazingly clean, organized and well maintained. The app helps with access and saves you paying for a lock. The biggest surprise was how customer service based they are. Always available. Always understanding. I can't imagine using another company or the Ridgeland facility after the overwhelmingly convenient, easy, and helpful experience I have had with them. 10 out of 10 would do again
