Jon was the best he really helped me with selecting the correct size. The place is VERY clean and I would definitely use this location again. Customer service is top tier!!!!!
This Storage Max facility was very helpful for my daughter moving out her dorm. The staff was always helpful. There were always carts available to help move thing. The staff was always friendly and provided great information whenever asked. They made the move in process simple by confirming over the phone and in person. The unit itself was very spacious and clean.
StorageMax Ridgeland has treated me as if i was family from day one, anything that i’ve ever needed they’ve always been one call away.! 10/10 customer service, highly recommended.!
I have been a Storage Max customer for 3 years now, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean critter free place to store all your belongings. The staff is so nice and friendly, no matter what's the problem they are always willing to work with you and for you. My two main people of choice was Summer, and now Alexis, two beautiful ladies I had the pleasure of working with. If I should ever need a storage room again I will come back to Storage Max in Ridgeland,MS. Thank you for everything.
