The Storage Max located on Bluebonnet and Burbank is literally the best!! I’ve stored here on two separate occasions and always had such a great experience , especially with Ms. Sharon-Ann! She is AMAZING and super helpful and sweet. The free move in truck carried my entire one bedroom apartment and was a Godsend especially with how expensive it can be to rent a uhaul. If you’re looking for storage, go with Storage Max.
Rented a unit for 2 years (2023-2025). Facilites were great - super clean. Access was convenient. Store manager (Sharon Ann) was outstanding. Will rent with Storage Max again!
I was referred to this facility via a friend, and my experience could not have gone better! The manager, Sharon Ann Bourgeois, was a pleasure to work with -- she is very prompt, kind, and accommodating. If you have any questions or requests she is more than happy to work something out. The facility was very clean and very secure--it's super easy to get around in. This was my second time using this facility and I really can't sing enough praises about Sharon Ann. She even recommended a local moving company to help me move!
Sharon-Ann has been incredible to work with! She made the process of move-in easy, and has been a great resource for ongoing questions. Highly recommend using them for all your storage needs!
