Tracy and Cooper were great and very helpful. I really appreciate them. I only needed my unit short term and recieved my deposit back immediately after the final paperwork was completed.

***Updating my major mistake. My sincere apologies. I meant this for the storage place on Flood Hope rd. I did rent from you 5 years ago and I had no problems, you were wonderful. I'm very sorry about my mix up. They kept my damage deposit because I gave them notice on the 2 nd of the month instead of the first. They called almost every month asking for the payment that had already been dropped in their secure lock box. I won't use them again.
