Nicole at this location called and advised that my locker wasn't secured properly . I had been visiting my locker a few days prior, and I did not lock up as I should have. So I raced over and sure enough, I didn't. She was a big help and I appreciate the due diligence to walk the property. I gave her a small gift of appreciation to Thank her. Poor quality unit. Floor and wall separation. Large cracks. Poor information
Came during work hours, nobody was on location. Was there 2.5 hours, nobody came until end work day.
Right from the gecko everybody was still helpful and the pricing was cheaper than anywhere. I could see at the time the on-site manager Matt was a great help very helpful always answered all my questions.
