I had an excellent experience getting my storage unit. Heather House, the representative I spoke with, was incredibly helpful and patient, and she made the entire process easy. She answered all my questions clearly and ensured I felt confident in my choice. Truly great customer service.
Been here a couple of years, have not been to happy with the random price increases and mouse poop I have found in my unit. Not really sure what I should do about that now..
