Michelle was absolutely amazing in store. Quick and precise in the office and the unit was clean. Update as of Aug 14.2026 Staff in store have continued to be great. Has made the storage process a lot easier and reduced my stress. Even though I’ve had a couple challenges, they have been the best to deal with

Michelle and David are the BEST! I’ve been dealing with both of them for several years now, and it’s been both a real pleasure and breath of fresh air.
