Got robbed from here and they barely did anything to help wanted info that had nothing to do with a break in for a claim (they need more cameras) went back a month later saw that many units were robbed and saw locks missing on some units as well if you are to cheap for more cameras at least have your staff check the lot more often then once early in the morning and nothing on weekends after the robbery started getting charged more for My unit without notice original agreement said $160 monthly now its about $190 before tax o... read more

Rented locker and had 1st 2 months paid. Was about 2 weeks later when I was going to move all my things in. Received a phone call that my locker was broken into and the new heavy duty lock I purchased from them was taken along with the door hardware. They would not repair the locker so I could use it for the time I paid for, they refused to give me a refund, and they refused to replace the lock or give me a refund for it.
