If I could write zero then I would. I booked a storage unit while office hours were closed. The lady over the phone took my payment and said my unit could be accessed asap. I went with a car full of boxes first thing in the morning and couldn't locate the unit so I called so double check I had the correct location. I was then told that my unit was inside and could only be accessed from the front office and if they are closed then I cannot get into my storage. Introduces mandatory insurance fees AFTER they charge your credit card for reserving a unit. There insurance fee was more than the monthly rental. Company phone number goes to a call center that is no help. You have to go to the store in person to demand a refund. - They are doing illegal billing practises that go agianst Alberta protection laws.
Great experience, Corinne helped us find a unit last minute unit and found us the best deal.
