After nearly all my possessions were destroyed by a mouse infestation at one of their facilities, StorageMart told me that rodent damage is not covered but they would offer a refund of my rent and coverage. The company then went back on their word, sending a cheque for only a partial refund instead, lying saying that is what I agreed to. Now, not only have nearly all of my possessions been destroyed, but the refund they claim I accepted is a mere fraction of what I paid into their company to keep my belongings safe.
