Such wonderful service from the two ladies who work there, they helped make it easy and simple to understand. So kudos to if I read there name tags correctly Courtney and Janine!
They gave me a week to find a new place to store my RV. RV was damaged in their gated, secure parking spot. I was told that I should go through my insurance. I definitely do not recommend this company to anyone in Okotoks.
If I could leave 0 stars I would! I signed up with StorageMart less than a year ago at a fair and manageable rate of. Without justification, they jacked the price up 220%! That’s not a typo. This kind of sudden, outrageous price hike feels deceptive and exploitative. When I reached out, there was no willingness to work with me, no explanation beyond “it’s in the fine print.” (Offering $20 off per month is the best they could do..)
