Jubany was awesome and let me tour a few units to make sure I found the right one. He answered all my questions! The units were super clean and well-secured. Checkout process was pretty seamless, love that they do month to month. Thanks a lot!!
Always have a great experience when I’m at the storage facility
We had a great experience at the Gypsum StorageMart. Facility is very clean and well maintained. We had a little mix-up when we arrived to check in to our new unit, but Valerie was able to make it work and get us moved in very smoothly. Every time I’ve spoken to someone on the phone (the actual on-site staff), they were super helpful and patient in answering my questions and explaining everything. I had a great experience from beginning to end with setting up this storage unit. It was an easy process. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and ready to go when I arrived.
Valerie was very helpful in outlining available storage options for our travel trailer. She was also very helpful in assisting with the documentation process and move in. High marks to Valerie
