Tripled rent in 12 months from $45/mo to $190 for a modest sized unit. Extremely unethical business owners. I’m out of state, so simply moving my things out of this rip off sleazy “business” takes more effort than I can manage right now… DO NOT think that a nice introductory rate is going to last, the owners are greedy. Seriously disgusting…. See you as soon as I can…
