Manager was helpful, showing me storage sizes. Move in as well as move out were easy.
Mice got into my unit and destroyed a bunch of stuff. Staff admitted after-the-fact to knowing there was a mouse problem due to another unit storing food, but made no attempt to let anyone else know that they might want to check on their belongings. Management was cold and unapologetic. Spoke to the district / regional manager who claimed she would do something to rectify the situation, and then ended up ghosting. Richie was very courteous and helpful. He gave me no trouble when I asked him to cancel the second rental I made by mistake.
Jenny was kind, helpful and efficient when she helped me to rent a storage locker. Facility is very clean and relatively new.
I had a quick tour of a few lockers, then booked everything over the phone. All inside of 30 minutes. Great service reps at the Kent address and Heather H. on the phone. BUT they don't advertise that there will no available power to charge your phone if you spend the day there sorting and downsizing through your locker. So I am moving out. Thank you.
