Brenda and Tomas are really awesome there!!
Arbitrary and frequent rent increases. Exorbitant late fees. Unreasonable employees who would rather argue than help solve problems. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE If this prevents even one customer from patronizing this facility, then my warning is successful.
I vacated my 2 storage units in spokane valley about the end of October. The young lady (don't remember name) and gentleman were very nice and accommodating. She actually cleaned the units which was very unexpected. Two great employees. Sorry it took so long to make a review. Thanks again and a pay raise is in order.
Stopped in here friday to rent a storage unit. I wasn't exactly sure what size i needed, i'm more of a visual person, but Brenda was happy to show me the inside of multiple sizes of units so i could make an informed decision. The price they gave me at the office wasn't the same as the quotes I saw on the internet. However, after insisting that I get what the website is quoting Brenda was helpful in getting a price match.
