Very friendly service
I receive an email statement for monthly fees but cannot pay the bill and be assured of the amount being charged because I am not an authorized customer? I set the account originally, I receive the bill monthly, and yet I cannot pay the bill personally by phone and be informed as to how much is being charged to my bank card. This felt like I was giving a blank check to a company who didn’t even know where the storage unit is located. Unprofessional, unhelpful.
Brenda is amazing. People don't have to go out of there way to be helpful and kind but she did. I couldn't sign the forms online and she walked me through it at the office. My gate code didn't work she was nice about it said sometimes that happens when you sign up online she got me a new one I couldn't get into my unit (simple thing I was doing wrong) she met me at the unit and graciously let me in.
