This is my first time using storages and I must say it has been the most pleasant experience. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Joseph, who showed me units prior so I could know what I was looking at size wise - which made the easier so much easier for me. Joseph gave great details on everything I needed to know on the storage info, and continues to be a great help when I run into him while coming to my unit. I would highly recommend this business, and look forward to continuing business at this location.
They were so kind, friendly, and helpful. If I could give them 10 stars I would. The customer service was excellent!!!
This Storage-Mart (1850) is AMAZING! In the Army, I moved a lot over 20+ years and have rented a lot of storage units. This one is hands down the best I've ever seen. It is immaculate inside and very secure. I feel like my stored items are safe in this climate-controlled environment. The staff (Joseph and Peggy) are top notch professionals.
