Alec was very nice. The facility was well kept and easy to drive around.
Very easy and quick process with great customer service.
Had a really good experience at this storage unit compared to others I’ve owned in the past. Easy and simple set up and when I transferred to a smaller unit they made the process just a minute or so long before I had a new unit number. The staff has also always been polite and helpful when I had questions or needed something.
I called with a couple of questions and I was very satisfied with the responses and help I received from Alec. He was very friendly and willing to help, which I greatly appreciated.
On-site staff very helpfully provided a facility tour and helped me navigate the online sign-up to claim the promotional rate. Facility is clean, maintained, and secure. Rates are lowest I could find in the area for climate-controlled units. I'm very happy.
