The storage unit and facility are spotless, well-maintained, and secure, making the whole experience stress-free. Amanda, the general manager, goes above and beyond with her professionalism and kindness—truly a pleasure to work with!
The only complaint I have about this place is obtained my own rental insurance to save a few dollars and they never deducted anything from my monthly bill and I've been here with them for 2 years. The place is always immaculate and I have an inside small storage that's temperature controlled and I'm very pleased with it.
The only reason this is not a 1 star review is because of how wonderful Amanda is. I have had a unit in the climate control area for a few years with no incident until now. I have been keeping my grandfathers old furniture in there since his passing this January. I went into my unit last week for the first time in a month to discover mold on all the furniture! I immediately went to the front desk and Amanda was fantastic in helping me with everything I needed. However, I learned that the "climate control" area is kept at 80 ... read more
