Biggest shoutout to Melissa she helped me with my parents things which I hold very closely to my heart and she made she I was comfortable with the storage I picked and everything. And she went out her way to help me when she didn’t have too . She deserves a raise she definitely love her job and she treat us customers very well!
The manager wouldn't let me retrieve my dead brother's ashes. Sick and cruel people. Edit: reply to owner, I came to you in person and tried having a reasonable conversation after I just got out the hospital. But you wouldn't hear me out and spoke to me v we nastly. Now you want to save face because I made a public review. Unless you can retrieve my dead brothers ashes out of whatever trashcan it got thrown in then I don't see how this could be rectified.
