I also find the manager arrogant and flippant. I went to my storage and found padlock painted yellow in my storage. When the guy came over (maintenance man) I asked him whose lock was it was, he said his. I asked him what it was doing in my storage. He said he didn't know. He said are you sure you didn't find it on the ground by my unit door. I said no, it was sitting on top of that box!!!
