So far so good. Norm is an absolute delight to work with. We have been a bit of a handful to deal with, to be honest and he's been nothing but patient and understanding. The site is easy to access but also very secure. Super clean and tidy.

We required short term storage coming from Alberta to BC. Andrew was very helpful and was able to do all of the paperwork remote to ensure we could access the facility after the office closed. Policies regarding locks, fobs, deposits, payment schedules, cancellations, etc were clearly stated either verbally and/or in the contract. The facility was nice and clean and well laid out. Everything went really well! Great facility and customer service. Would recommend.
We needed short term RV storage and they were very easy to deal with. The staff were friendly and efficient. The storage area was clean, well maintained and secure. Definitely recommend them.
