Storage4Corbin has been fantastic. The facility is clean, well-kept, and easy to access, and the pricing is more than fair for the space you get. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for anyone moving items in or out of the Corbin area. I especially want to recognize Lisa, who has been outstanding. Edit to add: they sent a new letter saying if not paid that she’d lose it and it’s be sold, yet she got a text from Lisa saying that she has to email them a response email from an email she doesn’t have access to. She’s dementia ridden and doesn’t remember passwords. My mother in law had a unit there and in July she left the keys and we moved to Cleveland Ohio. She called and told them she left the keys and moved. Every month since she’s had to call and do the same. This month we got a letter offering her to pay the bill of 300$ and something cents (for the months we haven’t been there) or they were gonna auction the unit.. today they took her money without asking. They just charged her card. Now they won’t answer the phone and the automated system says bc of Halloween it’s the 3rd lol. ... read more
keeps charging my mother even though she has canceled her unit there several times called just now and warned us to "send a lawyer letter" don't use them we moved away 6 months ago and they keep charging her.
