I have had a unit at this location for several years now. The manager, Kelly Boyd is absolutely amazing! She has always worked with me the best she could and as much as she could. She has great customer service and is easy to talk to and get along with. Definitely recommend this location!
10/10 recommend Storage Zone! Kelly is AMAZING and makes renting from there worth my while! Not to mention how clean and top shape the property is!
Not sure what happened to Kelly but we did not receive the same awesome customer service as in past reviews. She apparently has had a rough year and is warn out. We reserved a 10x20, packed up and drove down from Atlanta to be met the two most unhelpful depressed looking ladies. She had one unit left in that size, she told me, however the door is broke and asked if I still want it. I said, "well I can still get it open right?". To which she then says she actually can't sell it to me because the door....I would have to size u... read more
