Store manager friendly, thorough in explaining lease, and knowledgeable. My second time using this storage location, so I'm a repeat customer and this would be first place I'd recommend to anyone.
Quick check in process and unit as described
Office Staff was great!! Prices were more than fair. They run specials which was wonderful. And when I didn’t need unit anymore canceling was easy. Would definitely use in the future.
Decent experience with customer service, and the move in process. Only thing I did find frustrating is the site used, it was a little difficult to navigate and would not load without kicking me out several times but overall not bad.
