I relocated from NE to the eastern shores and needed a storage unit. I called ahead of time and the customer service was fantastic. When I arrived, everything was as promised! Very happy with my choice to use Storage Wise!
Staff very friendly. Helped with the check in process without hesitation. Maddison was very helpful and nice. Unit and area very well kept.
Seamless. Everything worked exactly as expected. Facilities are clean, secure and well taken care of.
Please be aware this storage facility will go up on their prices. If you are just one day late you will be assessed 20.00 fee . The processing fee to pay with debit or credit was 25$ - imagine you have income it comes on a certain date! Things happen in life and business should offer a grace period! This is ripping off the elderly or disabled or less fortunate population while you pad your pockets! Disgusting- Going to pray for you and the companies that do this!
Booked storage unit online, simple and easy process. Received rental agreement, assigned my personal gate entry asses, and received unit lock combination code, the whole process took about 10 minutes. Received call from property manager, very friendly and took time to answer all my questions.
