When I signed up for the unit, they had an advertised promotion of half off the storage unit for a couple months. The advertised promotion was clearly visible on their website when I signed up. When I signed up for the storage unit, their website clearly advertised a promotion of half off the storage unit for a couple months. After I signed up, and they got my deposit, the business refused to honor their advertised price, and charged me full price, despite their website continuing to advertise the half off promotion, and being shown proof their half off promotion was in effect when I signed up.
We have had a good experience at this storage facility. The staff is very helpful.
Update: We had our unit about a year and the customer service was great and the facility was always clean and accessible. Process is all online and easy. I had a slight issue on the form but the ladies on the phone took care of it immediately and it was super easy. The unit is well maintained.
Easy, quick, and cheap. Quality units and nice staff, however rental rates do frequently rise, though even with the constantly rising rates I haven’t found a better deal for storage in the area.
