Toni is great and keeps everything ship shape!
We’ve had climate-controlled and outside units for several years now, and Storage Wise (and its predecessor) has always provided excellent security. We are on autopay and find it very easy to work with that system, and with the people in the office.
Great staff, easy to access. Easy. Acess and l ocation!
Terrible customer service. I set up my account and autopay per the system's prompts, but was then notified I had a late fee. How do I have a late fee if I set up my account per their directions? No credit given, no working with their customers. Just sorry for your bad luck. I asked to speak to an owner and the rep said he would send an email and if the owner wants to get back to me they will. Must be joking. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
