The online process to rent the storage unit was easy! The unit was clean & easy to access!
Rented unit on a Saturday in the afternoon by phone. The office location I was at was closed but he was awesome text me information and within a few minutes I had a storage unit. Love that they have cameras up and a fenced in area.
The people that I have communicated with at storage wise have been very helpful and I have never had any problems with them at all. They are always polite. I will say I've had some problems with my online account but they always are there to help me.
Tye storage units themselves are fine. But they raise the rates every few months and it's getting to be untenable. Im looking to move.
