Facility was always well maintained and cleaned in a timely manner following inclement weather. Unit was clean upon move-in, and the door and lock were in good condition! All communication via email and phone was always pleasant and helpful with questions. Easy move in/move out process!
They increased their price with new ownership plus added insurance even though i have business insurance that covers my equipment but yet I have lost $1000 this week because they can’t plow the storage area. This is unacceptable and ridiculous!
I have been with Luray Storage Wise for a few years now and they have been such an easy and reliable place for me and my family.
Charlie is the BEST!!!! Good facilities
