Very clean easy to contact customer service is excellent
Friendly people have had this unit for a long time.
Management is top notch , very professional, and easy to communicate with. Facility and units are extremely clean. I'd definitely use their services again and I highly recommend them to others.
Facility was always well maintained and cleaned in a timely manner following inclement weather. Unit was clean upon move-in, and the door and lock were in good condition! All communication via email and phone was always pleasant and helpful with questions. Easy move in/move out process!
They increased their price with new ownership plus added insurance even though i have business insurance that covers my equipment but yet I have lost $1000 this week because they can’t plow the storage area. This is unacceptable and ridiculous!
