I've been with them for over 10 yrs
Friendly personal. Everything was explained very well. Easy in and out of the area.
The lady Manager at Storage Wise in Lugoff was very professional and helpful. She helped expedite all the necessary paperwork and followed up to assure it was correct. The facility was clean and my unit locks and doors worked easily - which is not always the case with storage units. Access security was good and ease of entry to the unit went without a hitch. I highly recommend them if you need some additional or temporary storage.
UPDATE: Area Manager resolved. Based on that, the management is A++. Prior to being Storage Wise this was an excellent facility. The people who worked there were the best, A+. NOT ANYMORE! Now I would not recommend it at all. It was the 29th of December, I choose my move-in date for a 10x20 for Jan but it kept putting in Dec 29th. So I just left it and paid the prorated amount even though I knew I wasn't planning on moving in until January.
