Customer service has always been good for me. The only problem is if you didn’t have the money on the first of the month you couldn’t make payment arrangements. And you can’t go in and make a cash payment always had to be online. For me that was kind of a downside, especially if I didn’t have the money in my account for the auto draft.
This was the best storage company I have used in a long time. The front office was great and helpful and there never was any hassle. I recommend wholeheartedly to rent here when you need storage.
I’ve had my storage unit here for over 6 years and have always had a great experience. Recently, I had an issue with my lock not securing my unit properly, and the staff noticed it right away and put a lock on it for me to keep everything safe until I could take care of it. I really appreciated them looking out for their customers like that. Anytime I’ve visited my unit, the access areas have been clean, clear, and easy to get to.
