It was fast and easy to sign up for a storage unit
I found storage wise Lugoff, while I was moving. It allowed me the flexibility to place items as I could. Being disabled, sometimes the visits were not as frequent as I would have liked. I found that the inside option allowed me to feel safer going and coming. When interacting with staff I found them to be very respectful and outgoing. Any questions either during business hours or not were always handled with care. Would continue to recommend.
Customer service has always been good for me. The only problem is if you didn’t have the money on the first of the month you couldn’t make payment arrangements. And you can’t go in and make a cash payment always had to be online. For me that was kind of a downside, especially if I didn’t have the money in my account for the auto draft.
This was the best storage company I have used in a long time. The front office was great and helpful and there never was any hassle. I recommend wholeheartedly to rent here when you need storage.
