Literally doubled their cost from $40 to $85. If not paid by the 7th they charge a $25 fee. They will charge you to advertise your unit to sell if you fall behind. They will charge you to take their lock off your unit if you fall behind. Paid over $1000 since December last year for a 10x12.
Everything I expected in a storage facility but better, I enjoyed the online registration it was easy to apply. Also units are clean and appears safe.
I've had nothing but great experiences with storage wise.
Nice access to facility, plenty of room to move a trailer around. Has cameras for security. Very clean units and well kept. Has concrete lip above ground level to keep water out. Friendly and professional customer service. Good price for size of units. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good storage facility. Set up online was easy and straightforward.
