I rented a large storage unit from here and soon found out that it was not gonna be big enough for me. They made it very easy for me to add another storage unit super friendly very helpful.
Everyone I talked to was so helpful and very patient. I had trouble getting my account set up online, the lady who assisted me was very helpful and very nice. The lady I spoke to concerning my passcode was also very helpful and nice.
It's a good storage place. I only give 4 stars because the price increased from 112 to 142 a month and I am on fixed income and liver in an apartment. I an on social security and been here two years
This was a very good storage facility and suited my needs for what I needed stored. The only downside to why I didn't keep my unit is that the cost of the rental price went up double, more than I was able to afford. If the price would have stayed the same or only went up a little, I would have stayed with this storage unit.
Great location with great security and when I need someone for assistance I always get an answer when I call the number and the staff that answered were absolutely amazing and super helpful
