If I could give it zero stars, I would! I signed up for a spot for my camper on the 10th of the month. Their system let me set my payment date for the 10th of every month. I received a payment reminder text on the fourth of the month that stated to disregard the message if I was set up for auto pay. ABSOLUTELY UNTRUSTWORTHY If you value your belongings, do not trust Storage Wise of Locust Grove II. I stored thousands of dollars’ worth of furniture here, only to have it ruined by water dripping from or near their ceiling. Despite clear evidence that the damage originated within their facility, they refused to take responsibility. To make matters worse, my insurance claim was denied because Storage Wise hides behind technicalities and won’t accept accountability for the conditions of their own building. Convenient to Lake of the Woods and Twin Lake Villas. It is an unattended location. You must book online. Sometimes a special online deal for new customers. We are pleased with the facility and appreciate the thought that went into the design and implementation.
