Spoke with Mary explained that I needed to cancel the storage unit. I explained we never used the unit; and our family decided not to use a unit this time around. Mary was able to cancel the unit, refund the payment, and close the account in a matter of minutes. I was very satisfied with my customer service experience.Thanks Mary!
