After storing my bass boat here for around two years, I can only say amazing things about this facility and the ownership. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to use. While storing my boat here I always had peace of mind from the security systems and the owner's consistent checkups. The greatest thing about this facility is the fact that the owner truly cares. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend the Storage Vault. It is a very nice well maintained storage facility with surveillance systems and lighting to insure that everything stored there is always safe and secure. I really like the fact that the Storage Vault is located in a very nice area off highway 27 with easy access to several other routes. Wow, what a breath of fresh air! Recently moved our 27’ Airstream to Storage Vault on the recommendation of a contractor friend from Soddy. The place is owned by Alex Hixson and his wife. It is impeccably clean, well lighted and very secure. Outstanding customer service and a reputation for not going up on their rates like the national companies. Needed a spot for a pop up camper. Owner Allen was friendly and the easiest to work with getting a spot. Cheapest storage in area. Will return when I'll need more space.
