I never got as far as renting a unit. I called the owner, it was a bad connection so I asked him if he could hear me ok, to confirm that he could indeed hear me. Sounds crazy I know. He proceeded to start aggressively ask me why I was calling. I told him to ask him about his storage units. He told me I sound like a telemarketer. I told him I was calling on a cell phone and the beginning of the call wasn’t clear, and I wanted to make sure he could hear me. He told me thats what telemarketers say.
