Do NOT rent here. I moved out 2/29 from my unit. They charged me again in March. I was able to dispute the charge and get my money back and block them from continuing to charge me. However, I also have not received my deposit money back. I've called several times and left voicemails. NO ONE returns the calls.

UPDATE 11/12/23: I cancelled my units here and moved my belongings to a storage unit in Suamico. My move out date was 8/31 and on September 1st they charged me for both units, I disputed the charges and got my money back. HOWEVER I have yet to get my deposits back and probably never will. They email and text me every month to say my “rent is late” even though on my account it shows “moved out: 8/31”. I do not recommend these units with the new owners. It's super easy to book a unit online but impossible to talk to an actual human on the phone. Customer service is non existent. I called and left several messages and no return phone calls were ever received.
