Andre is the worst! Either it’s a different guy name Andre or these reviews are a lie. He’s very unprofessional. Willing to curse you out and hang up in your face m. I literally called over thirty people and their corporate office and left voicemails finally I got someone the district manager I assume to speak to me In regards to Andre. Andre was very helpful and communicative about the property and unit.
I had a wonderful experience at Compass Self Storage in Conyers. Andre gave excellent customer service. He asked pertinent questions in order to help me choose the correct size/unit needed. He went above and beyond to make the process easier for me. I recommend this storage facility. Shout out also to Patty at their other location. She was extremely helpful and although I did not rent from her particular location, she treated us with the same courtesy and respect as if we were. Thanks to the team at Compass Self Storage.
