I was told my storage unit was swept out. It wasn't. I reported that to the young lady in the office, who told me she would take care of it. Didn't have time to wait for her to do that. Have to see if it gets taken care of.
The employee was very professional, polite and explained everything very clearly. The property itself was very clean and kept up well.
Really not much experience with Storage Station yet as I just rented a space today. So far, so good though! Nice looking, well maintained facility that appears to be adequately secured. Sign up process was straight forward and the young fellow in charge was knowledgeable and helpful. The 10x15 space we rented was clean and the door was in good condition. All in all, off to a good start.
