No one is there staffed, ever. The facility is fine, cant prop the doors to bring things in or the alarm will sound. You have to enter the code every single time you want to go in. Only 1 large cart and 2 small carts available to use. The reason for my low rating is due to how the owner communicates. I had a unit I was currently renting here, but I was in need of a much larger unit. I reached out to inquire about upgrading my unit to a larger one, or possibly renting a second unit. The storage space facility is truly exceptional. It's spacious and luxurious, providing a clean and easily accessible environment.
I have used Storage Source One for several years now. Always nice facilities.
All I can say is WOW! This facility is amazing, clean and has so much room for activities. The staff is the most kind hearted, caring people I have ever met I am so blessed to find this and have never been happier.
