Helpful, professional and very understanding of my needs!
Very slow to answer questions. Caused me to lose getting the right size storage I needed.
We have had some minor issues in the past, but the new property manager, Kelly, is currently working hard at their Moreland Drive facility to get it better organized and to provide a more suitable spot for camper.
I have 3 units with this company two at this location and 1 at the john b dennis location. I have to say they are wonderful. Especially Ms. Kelly. This lady has gone above and far beyond to help me in such a horrible time in my life. She is just a fantastic person and I recommend her and her company to anyone In need of a storage unit. She is the best!!!!!
