Staff was very helpful and friendly. Lauren took care of my business in minutes and I’d definitely rent from her again. Lot and storage units are clean, well lit, and plenty of room to maneuver vehicles and RV’s if storing them there as well

First I must emphasize that my rating does not reflect the interaction with Lauren, she was in fact responsive to my questions but evidently has little control over actually transactions. We called and recieved quotes of acceptable pricing, unfortunately during the online rental process AFTER you have submitted an initial deposit - you see that several additional fees and charges are added to your monthly rental. Wonderful experience with my first time having to use a storage unit. Everyone was always so helpful and understanding with any questions I had. Lauren was especially awesome and patient to work with!
