Rented in Woodstock and so easy to set up, no need to have to call anyone. Moving out is just as easy. Rented a small unit too small so right on the spot rented a bigger unit with no hassles. Company is very good at adjusting accounts based on timing and refunding credit. Quite impressed with their billing and how fast they sort out accounts when you rent more than one unit/move out.
Incredible storage option! Customer service is excellent. Price was VERY affordable. I had one of the outdoor storage units which were incredibly spacious (like a shipping container). I stored most of my house in the container for 8 months including over the winter and moved it out in the exact same condition it was when I moved it in! No unwanted surprises like rodents or funky smells.
