The owner goes out of his way to accommodate our needs. My company has been storing a service truck at this site and, on more than one occasion, have needed emergency assistance and he didn't hesitate to help. A+ customer service!
Delivered an item and the owner was very kind..beautiful view of th3 mountains
The owner is very responsive and fair in dealing with customers. I was using auto pay and the June deduction cleared as I was clearing out my storage unit. I figured, since I hadn't given notice, it was probably a lost cause to ask for a refund. The owner promptly refunded my deposit and ALL of the June payment. That's customer service! In addition the units are heated, clean, and you pull into a heated garage attached to the units.
