Recommend for clean and easy access storage in Alexandria! When originally moving in, I realized I needed a larger unit and was easily able to swap up units for a larger one. I had consistent and easy access throughout my use. The passcode system was reliable, good snow removal for easy access in the winters, well lit exterior and interior hallways. Highly recommend!! The owner, Mike, is super nice and very responsive to phone calls and texts. The day I moved it was determined I needed a bigger unit. I called and in a couple minutes he my unit switched. You get your own unique code to enter the facility so 24 hour access. I had an outside unit with garage door and it was clean and my items stayed dry throughout the spring/summer months. I did an easy auto pay every month. I had a great experience with Storage Solutions! Mike was incredibly helpful and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the right unit for our needs. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, and I really appreciated the excellent customer service. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for reliable storage and great support.
