Good place but very upset online it said I owed zero dollars! Then I get a phone call saying it’s due and there’s a late fee added not too happy about that if they can fix that online i could give it 5 stars but didn’t like I had to pay a late fee when my balance said zero dollars.
Had a wonderful experience keeping my stuff at Storage Solutions Denver. Adam was very helpful and walked the units all the time. They even noticed when I moved out because the lock was off the door. All around great experience.
Storage Solutions has been great! They made the process so easy for me to secure a unit. The prices don’t change 3-6 months in. After I moved in-they added carts and a couple dolly’s…they may not have been there prior to me moving in, but I know several are probably appreciating it.
I don't normally post but, Adam has made a really difficult time in my life much easier. Due to poor health, I needed to downsize quickly. Sometimes you can forget there are kind, thoughtful, helpful, considerate people in the world. Well, Adam is one of them. On top of that, the facility couldn't be cleaner. It's gated and secure. They are easy to contact if you have any questions. If I could give 6 stars, I would!
